-Asbestos Surveyor Analyst

-£32k-38k (Depending on Level)

Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst required to provide vital asbestos identification and management services to housing associations, schools, hospitals, and local councils.

Requirements:

-BOHS P402 – Asbestos Surveyor qualification (or equivalent)

-BOHS P403 & P404 – Asbestos Analyst qualifications (or equivalent)

Duties:

-Conduct asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys

-Take bulk samples and accurately document findings using tablets

-Participate in company training programmes and maintain high standards of conduct

-Ensure timely and compliant delivery of projects in line with company procedures

-Attend team meetings, submit reports promptly, and review project recommendations

-Perform asbestos air testing and oversee asbestos removal projects, liaising with clients and contractors
