Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Level)

We are looking for a North West based candidate for a long-term residential project in the North West (Liverpool area). This candidate will be a motivated self-sufficient person who is capable of managing their own workload with very little supervision.
The role will have you working for a friendly team that has an extremely low turnover of staff. They look after their people and have clear lines for progression within the business. This role has clear progression to contracts manager.
The company specialises in Residential and Retail projects. Projects can range from Large Housing sites, to Retail Parks, Hotels and Travel Lodges.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Concrete
· Pilling
· Foundations
· Drainage
· Access Roads
Qualifications and Experience needed:
· A valid CSCS card is a mandatory requirement
· Proven experience working as a Setting Out Engineer or Site Engineer
· A minimum of 2years of experience in Civil, Building, and Groundwork projects within the UK
· Proficiency in the use of surveying instruments
· Familiarity with method statements and risk assessments

Engineering Surveyor required work on a long-term MOD Reinforced Concrete project based near Plymouth. This role would be suitable for a graduate or a junior Site Engineer/ Engineering Surveyor Technician.
The client specialises in Major Infrastructure projects with the current project expected to run into late 2028.
This is a great opportunity to benefit from the mentorship from experienced engineers on exciting and complex projects. You will use all the latest Leica equipment (client has a close working relationship with Leica and often get new equipment to test for them).
Duties:
- Assist in the installation of Survey Control points
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications
- Collaborate with senior engineers to solve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions
- Monitor construction progress and report on project developments
- Support Senior Site Engineers with Machine Control
- Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld on-site
Qualifications:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- A current CSCS card
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- A passion for the construction industry and a desire to learn and grow
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other engineering software is a plus
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Undertake investigative utility surveys and conduct paperwork
- Liaising with other site surveyors, contractors, suppliers, clients
- Create Utility Survey Reports
- Carry out appropriate quality control checks and issue data to CAD
- Check all survey drawings before they are issued to our customer
- Mentor and train less experienced surveyors
- Provide technical support to Project Managers and internal staff members
Qualifications and Experience needed:
- At least 2 years Utility Surveying experience
- Excellent knowledge and experience of underground utility tracing and GPR
- Experience working across a wide variety of environments and on complex surveys
- Ability to post-process GPR data
- A full UK driving licence
- CSCS Card
