The Role

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Sales and Project Management teams to foster strong client relationships and ensure top-notch service delivery. Your expertise will be crucial in managing client communications and supporting various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring professional communication with clients.
• Handle ongoing client communications, promptly responding to requests and queries.
• Engage with new enquiries, gather project information, and input leads into the CRM system.
• Utilise your knowledge of surveying or construction to understand client needs effectively.
• Prepare estimates and organise essential client documentation, including photographs and project links.
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related information.
• Resolve client and internal queries prior to project bookings to ensure clarity.
• Provide additional administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the surveying or construction sectors.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
