Land Surveyor
Location: Bermuda | Salary: £100,000 – £110,000 per annum | Sector: Land Surveying
The Role
The successful candidate will oversee surveying projects from inception to completion, ensuring precision and client satisfaction. This position involves delivering a range of surveying services across diverse property types while maintaining an excellent work-life balance in Bermuda.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting boundary surveys and creating compliant legal plans
- Performing topographical surveys and generating detailed CAD outputs
- Preparing lease plans and site condition reports
- Executing setting out duties and supporting development initiatives
- Managing individual workload, projects, and client relationships
- Processing survey data and producing comprehensive reports
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Requirements
- A Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Surveying
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in professional land surveying
- Proficient in AutoCAD and survey processing software
- Experience with total stations, GNSS, and preferably laser scanning technology
- Strong understanding of surveying principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Eligibility for local professional registration
