Location: Bermuda  |  Salary: £100,000 – £110,000 per annum  |  Sector: Land Surveying

The Role

The successful candidate will oversee surveying projects from inception to completion, ensuring precision and client satisfaction. This position involves delivering a range of surveying services across diverse property types while maintaining an excellent work-life balance in Bermuda.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting boundary surveys and creating compliant legal plans
• Performing topographical surveys and generating detailed CAD outputs
• Preparing lease plans and site condition reports
• Executing setting out duties and supporting development initiatives
• Managing individual workload, projects, and client relationships
• Processing survey data and producing comprehensive reports
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations

Requirements

• A Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Surveying
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in professional land surveying
• Proficient in AutoCAD and survey processing software
• Experience with total stations, GNSS, and preferably laser scanning technology
• Strong understanding of surveying principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Eligibility for local professional registration
